Conflict as a contest is a myth. We choose whether to make it a contest, a game in which there are winners and losers. Winning has become very important for most of us. Even those who aren’t competitive think of losing as something to avoid. Our need to win often takes precedence over resolving the conflict and often results in everyone missing the point! This programme will show you how to shift your thinking and behaviour in conflict situations. Resolving conflicts is rarely about who is right. It is about acknowledgement and appreciation of differences.
