In-house Training

Choose the training you need, from the four major business categories, and we’ll deliver it on your own premises. There is no need for your staff to be away from the office for a whole day.

All our courses can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. We can either create a new course, or modify an existing one to focus on the skills or issues you want addressed.  

Typically, our courses are for groups of between eight and fifteen people, to allow for individual attention and participation.

For in-house training, we ask that you provide a suitable room (with natural daylight) with appropriate equipment and facilities, such as flip charts, multi-media projector, laptop connections and refreshments or catering arrangements.

How it works

Step 1: Choose a programme from those listed on this website, in any of the four categories: Leadership, Communication, Attitude or Sales. Each standard course listed here tells you the expected outcomes, who should attend, and the course content.

Decide if you want us to modify the course in any specific way, and we can tailor the course accordingly. Depending on the level and extent of the changes there is usually a design cost for this.

Decide if you want us to design an entirely new course for your needs, and which skills you want us to develop or enhance. This will include a design cost.

Step 2: Read our Terms and Conditions.

Step 3: Provide us with a written brief, telling us where you want us to focus, and who you intend to send on the course.

Step 4: Free consultation to enable us to establish the training need.

Our in-house courses run for one, two or three days usually. By special arrangement we can set up a course to run for longer. A few of our programmes can be run in just half a day. One-to-one coaching is typically conducted in a series of short sessions.
