Leadership for Women

This course is designed to help women in management roles to develop as effective leaders and bypass the glass ceiling.  It provides an alternative to confrontation, focuses on the individual’s own added value, helps them to understand the expectations of those who answer to them, and those to whom they answer. The course examines the Blanchard model and the Keirsey temperament sorter, places the emphasis on Transformational Leadership, and provides a useful checklist of leadership competencies.  Where appropriate, an inter-cultural module may be added, for women who lead teams with mixed cultural backgrounds.
