Who should attend this online masterclass?

There are only 131 Female Directors in FTSE 100 companies. The government are driving an equality agenda to help more women rise to the top of their professions and become our business leaders of the future.

Once in a leadership position one of the biggest challenges for most professional women is developing a credible personal leadership style that ensures the focus remains on her performance and not on her style or the fact that she is a woman.  The rules in the boardroom are different for women and that is what the Formidable Females Master class will cover.

We understand you are busy so the master classes take place online, (Six 1 hour online sessions over three months straight to desktop.). Series Five has Six 1 hour online modules.
