Mind Associates Terms & Conditions agreement


Payment


To secure your transaction Mind Associates uses Sagepay Secure Payment processing. All transactions are handled by them and are very safe.


Data


The security of your personal data is paramount to Mind Associates Ltd. When you open an account or place an order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy. Your contact details will be safe and will not get sold or spammed.


Contracts


Mind Associates will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the products you order under this agreement. Any decision you make having received any of our products are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.
 

Shipping 

 

All items puchased on the Mind Associates Ltd website will be shipped within 7 days of the date of the payment tranasction taking place.

All products will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class post.

Delivery times. UK : 2-3 days

                            EU : 3-5 days

 

Digital Content, Paid Subscriptions & Online Learning


License

 

Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, Paid Subscriptions and Online Learning we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content, Paid Subscriptions and Online Learning for your personal, non-commercial, information use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, information use. Any action to store copies of the reports on your company intranet, or extranet, or otherwise pass the files on to others would be an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

 

Restrictions.

 

You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, information use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other restricted use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content's copyright owner and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, and reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of Mind Associates Ltd. and is protected by law.

 

Explicit Content.

You agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.

 


Returns & Refunds


Before returning any item please follow our returns procedure as stipulated below.

 

  • Physical Products


Mind Associates Ltd. offer a 1-year return policy from the date of purchase. Products must be returned complete and undamaged.

 

Our returns procedure


1. Returns authorisation


Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

We will authorise your return and email you with details on how and where to send your return.

 

2. Packing the item


Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email.. If you do not have the invoice then please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.

 

3. Replacement or refund


 

We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (providing it is still available) or refund your card. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card. If the card has expired, please let us know the new number and expiration date in order to expedite your refund.

 

Returning an unwanted item


You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
* We will refund delivery costs only if the return is a result of our error.
* We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

 

  • Digital Content, Paid Subscriptions & Online Learning

 

Please Note: Webinars, e-books, membership subscriptions and Mind Associates Online courses are NOT eligible for refunds after they have been accessed.

All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once purchased, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.

 

Complaints

 

We understand that on rare occasions things can go wrong. If you do wish to make a complaint we will endeavour to respond and work with you to solve the problem within 48 hours.
